Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients interested in purchasing or leasing commercial properties, with a focus on IT parks and office spaces. Utilize various channels such as networking events, online platforms, and referrals to generate leads.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific requirements, budget, and timeline. Provide expert advice on suitable properties based on their needs and preferences.
  • Property Marketing: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote commercial properties, including IT parks and office spaces. Create compelling property listings, advertisements, and promotional materials to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Property Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of commercial properties to assess their market value, potential return on investment, and suitability for clients. Collaborate with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for the sale or lease of commercial properties on behalf of clients. Facilitate the negotiation process, address any concerns or objections, and strive to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Transaction Management: Oversee the entire sales transaction process, from initial contact to closing. Ensure all necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments related to commercial real estate, particularly IT parks and office spaces. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts. Provide ongoing support, guidance, and assistance to clients throughout the property acquisition or leasing process.


Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in commercial leasing, preferably in the real estate industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of leasing principles, contract negotiation, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective leasing strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and leasing management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under pressure.
  • Leadership qualities with a focus on team building, coaching, and performance management.
