Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Moodboard Creation and Creative Direction for Photoshoots :

  • Curate and develop mood boards to inspire and guide the creative direction for photoshoots, encompassing a range of visual elements such as models, still life compositions, and lifestyle imagery.
  • Ensure alignment with brand aesthetics, seasonal themes, and target audience preferences, maintaining consistency with the overall brand identity and messaging.
  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists, set designers, and other creative professionals to translate mood board concepts into visually compelling images that effectively showcase our jewellery collections.
  • Provide clear direction and feedback during photoshoots to ensure that the desired mood, tone, and narrative are captured in the imagery, guiding the team towards achieving the envisioned creative vision.
  • Oversee all aspects of the photoshoot production process, including location scouting, prop selection, wardrobe styling, and lighting setup, to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Stay informed about emerging photography trends, techniques, and technologies, incorporating innovative approaches and experimental concepts into photoshoots to keep the brand imagery fresh and engaging.
  • Review and select final images for use in marketing materials, advertising campaigns, social media posts, and other promotional channels, maintaining high standards of quality and relevance.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of photoshoots in achieving marketing objectives and brand goals, iterating on creative strategies and refining processes to enhance future outcomes.

 

2. Trend Forecasting and Implementation :

  • Stay ahead of emerging fashion, jewellery, and design trends, conducting thorough research and analysis to identify key themes, colour palettes, materials, and styles relevant to our target market.
  • Integrate trend insights into product design, marketing campaigns, and visual merchandising strategies, ensuring our offerings remain fresh, relevant, and on-trend

 

3. Market Research and Analysis :

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to gain insights into consumer preferences, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and differentiation in the marketplace

.

4. Collaboration with Influencers and Brand Ambassadors :

  • Identify and forge partnerships with influencers, bloggers, celebrities, and brand ambassadors whose personal style and values align with our brand image.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging content that showcases our jewellery in a compelling and relatable way, amplifying brand awareness and driving customer engagement.

 

5. Digital and Social Media Strategy :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital and social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive traffic to our online platforms.
  • Oversee content creation, scheduling, and community management across various social media channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.

 

6. Team Management and Development :

  • Provide guidance and support to the marketing and creative teams in executing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, empowering team members to contribute their ideas and talents while fostering professional growth and development.

 

7. Strategic Vision and Leadership :

  • Develop and articulate a clear strategic vision for the brand, encompassing short-term goals and long-term objectives, and aligning creative efforts with overarching business strategies.
  • Provide visionary leadership, inspiring confidence and enthusiasm among team members, stakeholders, and external partners, and drive innovation and excellence in all aspects of creative execution.

 

8. Content Creation and Copywriting :

  • Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website copy, product descriptions, blog posts, email newsletters, and advertising campaigns.
  • Craft clear, concise, and persuasive messaging that resonates with our target audience, communicates brand values and highlights the unique features and benefits of our jewellery collections.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all written content, maintaining brand authenticity and building customer trust and loyalty.

 

9. Storytelling and Brand Narrative :

  • Develop compelling brand stories and narratives that resonate with our target audience, evoke emotions, and foster deeper connections with our brand.
  • Showcase the craftsmanship, heritage, and inspiration behind our jewellery collections through storytelling, conveying the passion and dedication that goes into creating each piece.

 

10. Content Calendar Planning :

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to schedule and organize content creation and publication across various platforms, ensuring a steady cadence of high-quality content that aligns with marketing campaigns and seasonal themes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content creation efforts with product launches, promotions, and other key initiatives, maximizing the impact of our content marketing strategy.

 

11. Editorial Oversight and Quality Assurance :

  • Ensure editorial integrity and accuracy in all written content, reviewing and editing drafts to maintain high standards of grammar, punctuation, and style.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to integrate written content seamlessly into visual assets, creating cohesive and immersive brand experiences.
