Job Description

Key Accountabilities :

  • Contract Review and Drafting: Review and drafting various legal documents, including but not limited to Agreements, Notices, MOUs, Affidavits, POAs, petitions, legal correspondence etc.,
  • Intellectual Property Rights Management: Conduct research on trademarks, facilitate registration processes, and track renewals while managing oppositions effectively.
  • Litigation Support: Monitoring and providing support to external legal counsel in litigation matters, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for hearings and trials as necessary.
  • Document Management and MIS Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and MIS, ensuring the organisation’s legal documents including case documents and Agreements are organised and readily accessible.
  • Legal Compliance Monitoring: Stay abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and policies, prepare informative presentations and provide training to update relevant teams on these changes.
  • Administrative Legal Support: Handle administrative tasks related to legal operations, including printing agreements and litigation documents, and managing the couriering process.


Preferred Candidate Profile :

LLB degree from a recognized institution with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a legal role, preferably in-house at a manufacturing or pharmaceutical company.


UG : LLB in Any Specialization
PG : LLM in Any Specialization
