Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, markets, and clients to expand our customer base and grow revenue streams.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Leading the sales process from lead generation to closing, including conducting sales presentations, negotiations, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and business growth.
  • Providing sales forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

 

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; Master s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to close deals and drive results.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Experience working in the technology industry or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience working on multidisciplinary projects and interfacing with clients is a plus.
