Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Detailed understanding of every aspect of the product and its user manual or SOP Document.
  • Maintaining a robust relationship with the client or end-user is essential, ensuring that all their requirements and queries are addressed within the shortest possible time frame to efficiently resolve any issues.
  • Day to day reporting to the core project management team and discussions with the Product team and ensuring timely escalations and issue resolutions within reasonable timelines. MIS reporting to the core projects team.
  • Ensure efficient handling of phone calls by promptly picking them up and responding to emails promptly, prioritizing based on the significance of the issue.
  • Involvement in resolving the operational issues by communicating with the end customer and the development team.
  • Should be able to adapt for both day and night shifts effectively.

 

Preferred Candidate Profile :

  • Educational Qualification : M.E/M.Tech/B.E/B.Tech (EEE) or (EC) only
  • 1 year minimum experience in product management and experience working in a team environment
  • Strong comprehension, analytical and communication skills (written and oral) with an ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Sound knowledge in Renewable energy & Power system and its components (Indian electric grid).
  • Hands-on experience in Excel (formulae and graphical representation) and SQL querying (Basic)
  • Diligence in carrying out tasks with minimal to no errors and following up with issues and escalations till proper resolution.
