Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation :

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and identify potential opportunities for real estate transactions.
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques and strategies to expand the client base.


2. Client Engagement :

  • Build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients through effective communication and persuasion skills.
  • Provide information about available properties, promotions, and services offered by the company to interested clients.


3. Sales Pitching :

  • Deliver compelling sales pitches to highlight the features and benefits of our properties and services.
  • Address client inquiries and objections to facilitate successful sales conversions.


4. Follow-Up and Conversion :

  • Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.


5. Database Management :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
  • Continuously update client information and feedback to facilitate efficient follow-up and relationship management.


Qualifications :

  • Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
